Established in 1996 Grady Property Group  Pty Ltd traded under a major franchise Name for over twenty years.

With a growing desire for our agency to belong to a community, and modernise our brand it was time for us to spread our wings and begin to build a legacy of our own, making our new home within the Lower North Shore of Sydney.

Stepping away from the traditional franchise model, we set out to establish an independent brand; one that would resonate with our community and provide our dynamic team with the platform to provide the level of service and offerings we aspire to deliver.

Thus Altium Property was born.

A new brand with a clear focus; to build a brand that is progressive yet approachable. A brand that can identify within its community and a brand that will be known for its professionalism and consistent results.
