Erica has strong customer service skills accumulated from experience in retail sales and administrative duties in the real estate industry. She demonstrates consistent and clear communication with both Landlords and Tenants, with a persistent drive to provide fair and excellent service to everyone.

With over 1 year of experience with Altium Property, Erica has been a strong support to the Property Management team which has allowed her to transition to her current role as Assistant Property Manager. Knowledge taken from her BCom studies has expanded her abilities to manage a range of issues and her passion for self-improvement allows her to quickly adapt to changes in the real estate environment. She aims to bring positive engagement to each interaction as Altium’s new Property Manager.
